The sensitive nature and complexity of family law requires careful consideration.

Our People - Family Law Experts

Arna Bingham

Arna's reflections on working at Berry Family Law:
  • I will listen carefully to your individual needs and simplify your family law issues.
  • After meeting with me, you will understand your legal options and have a plan for moving forward.
  • Receiving realistic and sensible advice from the outset can significantly reduce your financial and emotional costs during the family law process.

Going through a family law case can be overwhelming, especially if you are unfamiliar with or intimidated by the legal system.

I will help you find the right solution.

My role is to guide you through the legal process and answer any questions you may have about how various decisions could impact your future and the future of your family.

Depending on which is the best approach for your case, I will appear in court and attend mediation.

Cases involving children particularly interest me. The Family Court is guided by qualified consultants and report writers to help parents achieve the best outcomes for children. Berry Family Law has developed strong relationships with experts in this field.

In property cases, superannuation and other assets can be affected (and protected) by the Family Law Act or a Financial Agreement. Particularly when there may be taxation implications, it is important to understand the right approach for your case.
