Tim Byrne, Partner, B.A. LL.B, ASLIV.

Tim is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with over ten years experience in Family Law. He joined Berry Family Law in early 2005 and became a Partner of the firm in July 2010.

Tim is a member of the Education Committee of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute. Tim has worked extensively with several Community Legal Centres throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Tim's Reflections:

• I practice Family Law because no other area of the law has such a connection with genuine people at a time when, above else, they need help. I strive to bring the legal component of a break-up to a speedy and reasonable conclusion, while focusing on the issues (be it children's matters, financial issues etc.) which are a top priority for them.
